The Kids Club was a hit with our youngest, Max, who is 5 years old. The staff there were amazing, organizing fun activities and games to keep the kids entertained throughout our stay. Max made new friends and couldn't stop talking about his adventures at the club! The club's colorful and playful decor made it the perfect place for our little one to have a blast.
My children wanted a larger outdoor play area for more fun.

The location was not ideal, as mentioned in the review, the hotel was not in the center. the room had some issues, such as things falling apart and the mini bar being empty.
The service was lacking, as the staff was not helpful and refused to provide a receipt at checkout.

The rooms at this hotel are heaven-sent! They have a flat-screen TV with cable channels, making it a cozy spot to catch up on my favorite shows. Being an oldie, I loved that the rooms are air-conditioned, keeping me cool and comfortable throughout my stay. Plus, the free WiFi allowed me to connect with my loved ones effortlessly!
Personally, I found the minibar in the air-conditioned rooms a bit unnecessary, but I understand that others might enjoy that perk.

The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, providing us with information about nearby attractions and assisting with any requests or inquiries. the hotel also had a convenient location, close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
There were some issues with the room, such as the ventilation system not working properly and noise from the street disturbing our sleep. the mini bar was empty, which was disappointing.
